 How To Change Instagram Username

Choosing an Instagram username is essential since it helps people better understand who you are as a person and customer base. People use Instagram to connect with friends and family but also maintain their branding information such as Twitter handles, phone numbers, etc.. Therefore, choosing something that’s memorable and reflects who you are professionally will help grow your business’s social media presence.

Once you change your username, your old one will now lead to a blank page. Any past mentions in Instagram captions will no longer lead to your account, leaving some followers lost. People may assume your  profile does not exist anymore, causing you to lose followers.
